Current COVID-19 Case Numbers in North Dakota: 3,320 total positive cases, 234 active confirmed cases, 3,008 recovered, 78 deaths

Focus: Personal responsibility for protection, overview of National Guard, DOT
 
Additional points of note:

• Important to know if you are positive even if you are not experiencing symptoms
  • 0.9% positive rate in tests administered in the last week in ND
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield is assisting in making calls to individuals who have had a negative test. Planning to contact about 1000 people per day
  • Although some areas are seeing decreases, southern states are seeing increases
• 2020.36 Executive Order update: ND drivers licenses and/or registration that expired on or after March 1 are to be recognized as legal until August 31, 2020. 
  • ND DOT will be prepared to help on September 1 for all people who need to update licenses and registrations, when renewing drivers license – get Real ID
• Overview National Guard efforts to support of planning, emergency information, testing, cleaning, long term care.
