May 15 Legislative Budget Section Meeting Notes

Budget Section, an interim legislative committee met on Friday, May 15 to receive an update from the Director of the ND Office of Management and Budget on the status of the state budget and revenue forecast. Also at this meeting, Budget Section reviewed and approved items forwarded in from the Emergency Commission’s meeting on Tuesday, May 12. This approval is critical to ensure solvency of the ND Unemployment Insurance Fund.
