A Certified Public Accountant since 1990\, Joe has nearly 30 years of experience in state budgeting\, revenue forecasting\, and tax policy.  His background includes serving as Deputy Tax Commissioner and holding key fiscal management positions across both the executive and legislative branches.  Joe is a graduate of the University of Mary\, where he later taught governmental accounting and tax courses.\n\n\n\nSERIES CONTEXT\n\nThis event is part of GNDC's Policy Development Process as we prepare for the 2027 Legislative Session.
