CEO Roundtable Event Being Held on Engaging Workforce in Minot
BISMARCK - The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) will hold a CEO Roundtable event on January 15 at Hess Corporation Production Office in Minot. The theme of the event will be “Engaging Workforce.”
GNDC holds four CEO Roundtable events throughout the year. They are open to are CEO/C-suite leadership as well as business owners, managers, supervisors, and other company leaders to come together to exchange information, ideas, and network. There is no charge to attend the event for GNDC members as well as Minot Area Chamber of Commerce Members.
The event’s agenda includes a presentation on attracting and retaining workforce through community building from Pat Bertagnolli – City of Watford City, a Workforce Development Council Update from Katie Ralston – ND Department of Commerce, and an engaging panel presentation from local Gen Zers moderated by Heather Ostrowski – Gate City Bank.
“Workforce is an ongoing issue for every business in North Dakota no matter the location, size, or industry. The agenda for this CEO Roundtable should assist businesses to develop internal tools utilizing local and state resources. These sessions will inform attendees while encouraging discussions about potential solutions to address the North Dakota workforce challenge,” stated Arik Spencer, GNDC President & CEO.
