    Faces of Manufacturing was created to recognize the individuals powering one of North Dakota’s most important industries — the problem-solvers, innovators, leaders, technicians, mentors, and team members showing up every day to keep manufacturing moving forward.

    This isn’t about polished resumes or corporate talking points. It’s about showcasing the real faces behind the products, production lines, technology, and growth happening across our state.

    And frankly, every manufacturing company has someone who deserves recognition.

    The nomination process was intentionally built to be simple. Most of it comes down to answering one question: why is this person awesome?
