Year-round representation by experienced lobbyists who have built connections and understand the processes and policies that are impacting the free market in North Dakota. GNDC is your key to ensure your voice is heard at the Capitol, by those that are creating and determining public policy. Our ongoing and past lobbying efforts have been effective in reducing costs to business. We champion laws and regulations, or deregulation, that benefit business. 

Members can provide input to influence public policy or the Greater North Dakota Chamber’s direction through committee participation, surveys, and personal visits. GNDC will help lawmakers understand your business’s ongoing challenges. We advance a member-driven agenda. Engage with us if you need assistance on issues that are negatively impacting your industry or organization.  

GNDC has facilitated and fostered relationships with a statewide network of business leaders and decision makers. We provide opportunities to connect with business CEOs, c-suite leadership, policy makers, and elected and statewide officials. 

Join the conversation or policy committee to guide the direction of GNDC's legislative policy agenda. We develop policy positions with our members to ensure our state’s employers and employees continue to be competitive and successful. Committees have crafted positions that advocate for investing in safe, sustainable infrastructure, oppose unjustified fees on business, promote tax credits, and support collaborative efforts toward workforce solutions. 

Members are granted free admission to Business Roundtable events and discounted registration to our signature events, the Policy Summit and the ND Transportation Forum. These events provide educational and networking opportunities.

Members are allowed full access to exclusive 'Members Only' events. While no jackets are issued, these often are policy/advocacy specific.
