Participants in these sessions will be guided through a quick & consistent set of steps that reduce time needed, allows for more reliable diagnosis of current leaders’/employees' skills & possible future, allow for more accurate selection of succession candidates, and develop a more precise onboarding & feedback system that will cause new hires to become engaged in the process.
