• GrowND Workforce Showcase Returns April 21 at North Dakota Heritage Center

[Bismarck] —  The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) will host the third annual GrowND: Workforce Showcase on April 21, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck.

Now in its third year, the Workforce Showcase continues to grow in both attendance and impact — a clear signal that North Dakota employers are actively seeking practical workforce solutions that drive results.

The event delivers two hours of concise, 10-minute presentations from 11 organizations offering tools and strategies businesses can implement immediately. Topics will focus on workforce attraction, retention, development, and culture — equipping employers to compete in a tight labor market.

The agenda is largely finalized and available online, with additional speaker highlights and details to be unveiled through a series of regular announcements leading up to the event.

The program concludes with a networking social sponsored by CareerViewXR, where attendees can connect directly with presenters at resource tables, ask targeted questions, and gather materials to support execution back at their organizations.

“Workforce remains the primary constraint to growth for North Dakota employers,” said Arik Spencer, President and CEO of the Greater North Dakota Chamber. “The GrowND Workforce Showcase is structured for efficiency. In a single afternoon, business leaders gain direct access to actionable resources and the partners delivering them.”

As demographic pressures and economic volatility continue to shape the labor market, proactive workforce strategy is no longer optional — it is foundational to growth. The GrowND Workforce Showcase provides a focused platform to help employers move from conversation to implementation.

Registration and sponsorship information, along with the current agenda, are available online.
