  • GNDC Election Recap: Part 2

Post is a continuation of Part 1.

The ND Chamber PAC also launched a new PAC Advisor program, providing contributors with additional opportunities to engage in the political process and offer insight on key races. Feedback from PAC Advisors helped guide candidate outreach and overall election strategy.

With strong support from contributors, ND Chamber PAC was able to make strategic investments in legislative and statewide races where engagement could have the greatest impact. More importantly, the election cycle helped strengthen relationships with current and future policymakers while ensuring business voices were represented throughout the process.

As attention turns toward November, North Dakotans will again have an opportunity to weigh in on several statewide measures. GNDC's Policy Committee will review constitutional measures appearing on the general election ballot and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors through our established policy development process.

While many competitive races were effectively decided in the primary, our work is far from over.

As we look ahead to the general election, our focus will shift toward supporting Chamber Champions seeking reelection, continuing to build relationships with new candidates, and engaging candidates in key races across the state. We will also continue our voter education efforts by providing resources and information to help increase voter participation and ensure North Dakotans are informed before casting their ballots.

The success of this year's primary efforts demonstrates the value of informed voters, engaged business leaders, and sustained participation in the political process. Thank you to the PAC contributors, PAC Advisors, and members who help make this work possible.
