JOSH TEIGEN grew up in Fargo, ND and at an early age became an entrepreneur and investor who successfully started, operated, and sold numerous businesses. He has had many roles within the ND Department of Commerce including head of Investments and Innovation, the Director of Economic Development, and in 2022 was appointed by Governor Doug Burgum as Commissioner of Commerce and member of his cabinet.
