Deputy Commissioner O’Brien will provide an overview of the program’s purpose and key funding categories designed to support innovation and long-term sustainability in rural healthcare across North Dakota. The discussion will also outline program goals, timelines, and key deadlines for obligating grant funding and deploying available dollars to strengthen North Dakota.
