    Focus: Beginning of Re-Opening tomorrow

    • It is important that customers follow the guidelines that have been shared with businesses that are opening (wearing masks, not overcrowding a restaurant, etc).
    Additional points of note:
    • Testing
      • 34 positives out of 1924=1.8% positive today.
      • Overall, 3.9% cumulative positive rate. 5th lowest positive rate in nation. 5th highest in nation in per capita testing
      • 14 day rolling average dropping for 5 days. Declining rate is a factor for moving toward re-opening
    • Overview of expansion of the Main Street Lending Program for many small to mid-sized companies to assist more companies, including oil companies that are struggling
    • Workforce Coordination Center activated to serve emergency workforce needs in support of lifeline services www.ndresponse.gov/help
